a little about
DR. BOOTLEGGER FROM LETTUCE ISLAND IS AN ANTHROPOLOGIST.
THEY ARE GENDERFLUID.
THEIR PRONOUNS ARE THEY/THEM/THEIRS.
THEY ARE EXCEPTIONALLY BRILLIANT AND HAVE A HEART OF GOLD!
THEY ARE ALSO EXTREMELY SHY AND HAVE HENCE, DEPLOYED VARSHA AND ASAWARI, THEIR LEFT AND RIGHT BRAIN, TO FACILITATE THEM IN THIS EXPERIMENT.
IT ALL KICKED OFF INSIDE A MEMORY MUSEUM, WHERE DR BOOTLEGGER STARTED EXPERIMENTING, USING THEIR HANDBOOK OF DELIGHTFUL FORMULAS, WHICH THEY HOPE, WILL HELP THEM FIND THE ULTIMATE RECIPE; ONE THAT WILL PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN REDEFINING EVOLUTION AND WILL DIVERT HUMAN KIND TOWARDS A FUTURE, THAT IS COMPASSIONATE AND BELONGS TO ALL.

THE ROLES BETWEEN THE MAKER, THE WRITER, THE PERFORMER AND THE LENS MAY KEEP SHIFTING HERE, AND EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING IN A PARALLEL VIRTUAL REALITY ON AN UNKNOWN PLANET. THE EVENTS OF THIS WORLD ARE NOT CHRONOLOGICAL, BUT THE STORY WILL DEFINITELY HAVE A HAPPY ENDINg.

Using zoom format, we are looking to explore the medium of film through collective and immersive community storytelling, blurring lines between the audience, the performer and creator; to subvert the traditional aspects of film-making and design a space that is live, performative and mostly reflective; a theatre based investigation which uses performance and storytelling as a therapeutic tool and eventually, will help in community building, HOPEFULLY!
